The organiser of the competition is Two Spice AG, Industriestrasse 28, 8305 Dietlikon. This competition is not sponsored, supported or organised by Meta and is in no way related to Meta.
Participants and requirements for participation
The competition is open to natural persons over the age of 18 (or under the age of 18 with parental consent) who are resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Two Spice AG employees are not permitted to participate.
Competition procedure
Two Spice AG, Industriestrasse 28, 8305 Dietlikon is running a promotion on its landing page https://www.yoojis.com/voting & https://www.yoojis.com/wettbewerb between 03.06.2024, 08:00 am and 12.07.2024, 11:59pm.
Anyone who has uploaded a photo of a self-created sushi roll (hero roll) can take part.
Participants make their sushi roll (hero roll) available for voting. The sushi roll that receives the most votes at the end of the competition period will be crowned the winner. The winner will then be notfied personally by email.
The prize will not be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.
By participating, the participants agree to the conditions of participation and to their address data being requested. Furthermore, the winners agree that the content they generate will be used for marketing purposes.
Publication of winners: by submitting an application, the participants agree that if they win, they will be published with their Yoojis name or with their first name on Yoojis channels.
Other provisions
By registering, the participant acknowledges that this campaign is in no way affiliated with Meta and in particular is not sponsored, supported or organised by Meta in any way. The participant hereby fully indemnifies Meta from any claims in connection with this campaign. All information is provided exclusively by Two Spice AG, Industriestrasse 28, 8305 Dietlikon and not by Meta, and participants do not provide their information to Meta in this competition, but solely to allein Two Spice AG, Industriestrasse 28, 8305 Dietlikon.
The decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the campaign except with the winners.
Participation in the campaign is possible only if correct personal details are provided. Two Spice AG, Industriestrasse 28, 8305 Dietlikon reserves the right to exclude from the competition any participants with a pseudonym or a false identity.
Two Spice AG, Industriestrasse 28, 8305 Dietlikon reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign if misuse and/or violations of these terms and conditions of participation are identified. Two Spice AG, Industriestrasse 28, 8305 Dietlikon reserves the right to make adjustments at any time and, in particular, to suspend, cancel or prematurely terminate the competition in the event of force majeure, the closure/deactivation of websites/applications, manipulation by third parties/participants, technical failure or other important reasons.
